SEATTLE -- A woman police said struck five pedestrians as they were crossing the street after a concert at the Showbox SoDo in Seattle has been charged with four counts of vehicular assault and DUI. Investigators said shortly before 11 p.m. on Thursday, Juanita Wright was drunk when she struck five out of seven pedestrians as they were crossing First Avenue South at South Massachusetts Street. Court documents said police at the scene found Wright's pickup filled with empty and partially empty cans of an 8.2% alcohol beer and an unopened six-pack of beer on the floorboards next to Wright's feet. Probable cause documents said Wright's blood alcohol level was .29 two hours after the crash, nearly four times the legal limit.
