King County DUI News: DUI Driver crashes into the back of a fire engine

On November 7th, 2010, in Seattle, King County, a Nissan Maxima, traveling south on the Alaskan Way viaduct crashed into the back of a fire engine that had responded to an accident. Neither the woman driving the Maxima nor her passenger was injured in that crash. The fire truck was unoccupied when the second crash happened, and no firefighters were injured in that incident. The driver of the Maxima was taken into custody by SPD officers at the scene. She is being investigated for suspicion of DUI.
