DUI News: Man dresses up as portable breath test, drives, then arrested for DUI

A man from Nebraska dressed up as a portable breath test machine for Halloween.  This was his first mistake!  His second was drinking.  His third was driving.  According to the Smoking Gun, Matthew Nieveen, 19, was not only busted for DUI but also for being a minor in possession of alcohol, the Daily Telegraph reported.  Nieveen was caught after a Lincoln cop pulled over his Ford F-150 after he was spotted driving erratically. After his arrest a search of his truck turned up a bottle of vodka and beer.  Perhaps he should have blown into himself prior to driving!
