On November 17th, a 59-year-old Anacortes woman was arrested for DUI after an officer pulled the vehicle she was driving in the 900 block of 13th St. over to warn her about a burnt out headlight. That was nice of him! The woman showed signs of intoxication and reportedly told the officer she had just left a downtown establishment. She was given field sobriety tests and transported to the police station for a blood alcohol test.
