Skagit County DUI News: Anacortes Police Snag Woman for DUI after she fails to signal turn

On October 23rd in Anacortes, Skagit County, a 29-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of DUI after an officer saw the car she was driving turning onto 12th Street from M Avenue without signaling, then weave in and out of the lane of travel around 1:40 a.m. The woman appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. She refused physical sobriety tests (good move, actually!) and was arrested and transported to the police station for a breath test.
