Skagit County DUI Attorney: Extra Skagit County patrols lead to 48 DUI arrests
There were 48 motorists stopped and arrested in Skagit County for driving under the influence during last month's "Drive Hammered, Get Nailed" campaign in Island County sponsored by the Washington Traffic Safety Commission during emphasis patrols on Friday, Dec. 17 and Saturday, Dec. 18. In Island County 41 individuals were arrested for DUI over the same time period. These Skagit County DUI arrestees will find themselves in court in Anacortes, Burlington, Mt Vernon and Skagit County District Court.
