If you have been charged with DUI and it's your second offense in seven years, plan for it being a struggle. Presently I have several DUI cases that are on their face, not complicated. One DUI in Anacortes Court is .090, but a second offense, another DUI case in Lynnwood Court is a 0.097, but a second offense, and yet another DUI is in Everett and it's a 0.089 but of course, a second DUI charged in seven years. I suspect all three will result in reduced charges because each of them has a legal defense of note. However, if these cases were first offense DUI cases a quick and easy result would have occured. But due to them being second DUIs, a struggle ensued. Easy cases made hard due to a prior DUI charge.
