BELLINGHAM, Wash. - Bellingham Police arrested 70 people for underage drinking when a party got out of control on Friday night. Police spokesman Mark Young says officers were called to a rental home in the 4100 block of Byron Avenue. Young says when officers arrived they found more than 100 people in the home. "A sea of heads in the house," he said.
