Anacortes, Skagit County DUI Attorney: Anacortes Man's Expired Tabs leads to Anacortes DUI Arrest
On January 8th, 2011 a 62-year-old Anacortes man was arrested on a charge of DUI after an officer pulled him over around 4:15 p.m. in a parking lot in the 900 block of 11th Street in the City of Anacortes to warn him about having expired license tabs. The Anacortes Police Officer noticed the man exhibited obvious signs of intoxication and his license was also suspended. He was arrested and taken to the Anacortes Police Station for a breath alcohol test, which was more than double the legal limit.
