Anacortes, Skagit County DUI Attorney: Loud noise in Anacortes leads to DUI arrest
On January 8th, 2011, a 39-year-old Anacortes man was arrested on a charge of DUI after a vehicle collision in the 800 block of 30th Street in the City of Anacortes around 5:40 a.m. A witness told Anacortes Police Officers he heard a loud noise outside and saw a car in the ditch across the street and a parked car on the street that looked like it had been struck. The driver was taken to Island Hospital in Anacortes and treated for facial injuries. A blood sample was taken for alcohol testing. After being treated he was booked into Skagit County Jail in Mount Vernon, Skagit County.
