Anacortes, Skagit County Criminal Defense Attorney: Anacortes man arrested for drug possession
In Anacortes, Skagit County on December 29th Anacortes officers received information a 37-year-old Anacortes man with five warrants, including a $50,000 felony drug court warrant, was hiding in an apartment in the 800 block of 29th Street. Anacortes officers also received information the man would rather commit "suicide by cop" than go back to prison.
He was found hiding in a closet in the apartment and was taken into custody at Taser point without incident. The man was booked into jail.
