Target Zero – focusing on DUI Emphasis Patrols
The following video clip is from Trooper Joel Anderson with the Washington State Patrol. Trooper Anderson works with the Target Zero Teams which are elite law enforcement officers who are 100 percent dedicated to getting impaired drivers off Washington State roadways.
Incidentally, if your DUI occurred in Snohomish County there a decent change Trooper Anderson was the DUI officer who stopped you. He is one of the more experienced DUI Troopers in Snohomish County – but of course, that does not mean he doesn't make mistakes.
