On November 12th a 45-year-old man was arrested on a charge of DUI after an officer saw the vehicle he was driving weave in and out of its lane of travel on Highway 20 westbound from Sharpes Corner around 12:15 a.m. The vehicle was traveling well under the 55 mph speed limit. The officer tried to stop the vehicle in the 2300 block of Commercial Avenue but the driver did not pull over and entered the drive-through lane of a fast food restaurant. The driver allegedly failed physical sobriety tests and was taken to the station for a breath test.
