Tips when hiring an attorney:
If you have been charged with a DUI the most important thing you do is hire a DUI attorney. 3. Be sure the DUI attorney is willing to give you as much time as you need to either meet and/or discuss your case (if he/she doesn't give you the time now, will he/she later?);
4. Be sure the DUI attorney has qualified staff to assist you (the stafff have a critical role to play in the planning and procedures of your case);
5. Be sure you feel good about the attorney representing you (gut feeling as a role here too).
