In Anacortes, Skagit County on December 16^th  a 61-year-old Anacortes woman was arrested for allegedly threatening her neighbors in an apartment complex in the 1100 block of 29th Street. Anacortes officers looking into the threats found a long history of the woman threatening neighbors and recently making threats to do serious bodily harm and kill them.
