Mt Vernon Anacortes Skagit County DUI Attorney: Skagit County driver investigated for DUI but not arrested for Skagit County DUI
January 28th at approximately 8:07 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspected DUI on Highway 20 near Concrete. The driver was moving erratically, crossing the centerline. Upon contact, deputies determined the driver was not impaired but only having difficulty driving in the rain. Good call by the Skagit County Officer and an illustration that a DUI arrest may in fact not be a DUI Arrest in Skagit County.
