There are many changes to this law that you must be aware of. One of the facts that many are not aware of is if you have the ignition interlock device installed in your vehicle for the Ignition Interlock License and then subsequently need the Ignition Interlock Device for a conviction, the Department of Licensing will give you credit for the time you had the device in your vehicle.
