Neil was released Friday after serving 10 days of a 15-day sentence, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
Neil was pulled over by Las Vegas police last June for speeding and weaving between lanes near the Las Vegas Strip. Police said at the time that Neil failed three physical drunken driving tests as well as a breath alcohol test.
