Everett Lynnwood Snohomish County DUI Attorney: Videos proving a valuable tool against Snohomish County Troopers
In reviewing a video today from a local Snohomish County Washington State Trooper, it reminded me how the law can be fudged. The Trooper asked the driver if she would perform some "vovovovo field sobriety tests." The word "voluntary" is completely undecipherable and the "field sobriety tests" were stated so quickly that it was nearly impossible to understand. The question remains, did the Snohomish County Trooper advise the driver that the tests were voluntary, even though the word "voluntary" was mumbled and didn't sound like "voluntary?" I suppose that will be up to a judge. Suffice to say, videos are a helpful tool.
