Mountlake Terrace DUI Attorney: DUI driver with pulsing neck and burned teeth gives blood

Sept. 25: DUI. On September 25, 2010, in Mountlake Terrace, Snohomish County between Highway 99 and 212th Street SW, a male driver admitted to sipping a beer while driving after police pulled him over for swerving and crossing the lane line. The driver was required to take a drug test after the officer noticed an artery in the driver's neck was pulsing and burn marks on his teeth.  Interesting case – if this officer was not a DRE, how did he know the driver may have been on drugs?  Some potentially powerful defenses.
