King County DUI Attorney: Drug DUI causes injuries in Pike Place Market

SEATTLE -- Police said the man who was behind the wheel of the car that struck three pedestrians near Pike Place Market admitted to smoking synthetic marijuana, known as "K2" or "spice."

Travis Lipski, 29, is in custody on suspicion of vehicular assault after his car careened down a steep hill near the Market, striking people and other vehicles in a chaotic scene steps from the landmark.
