On September 4, 2010 in the 5500 block of 236th St. SW in Mountlake Terrace, Snohomish County, police pulled over the driver of a gray, Chevy pickup after officers watched him swerve and speed. The driver smelled of alcohol. He was later arrested and cited for the Mountlake Terrace DUI.
