To register for the Whatcom County DUI Victim Impact Panel, you must pay:
-Victim Impact Panel fee for Adults 18 and older = $50.00
-Victim Impact Panel fee for Youth 17 and younger = $20.00
-All fees are NONREFUNDABLE
1. Best method for making payment is to MAIL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER made payable to:

2. If you must pay in cash payments can be made in person at 509 Girard Street. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday Friday.
Once your payment has been received you will be assigned to the next available panel and given a referral form, which also serves as your receipt. Bring your receipt to the panel as proof of payment for the assigned month. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Failure to attend this meeting will not result in a refund, nor will it waive succeeding panel fees. It may also result in the imposition of suspended or deferred jail time and/or fines. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be permitted to attend. The Council Chambers is located on the ground floor of the courthouse, just inside the rotunda. No food or drink is allowed. Doors are closed at the start of the panel. No late arrivals will be admitted. Guests are welcome to attend free of charge. Young children are not allowed.
