DUI Suspect Arrested after suspected hit and run, evading police, endangering passengers, driving recklessly, and causing property damage : DUI Attorney Mukilteo, DUI Lynnwood

By Riley S. Lovejoy, Attorney at Law – A man was arrested late last Saturday after crashing his Chevy Malibu into the corner of a Lake City home.  Officers had initially stopped the vehicle a mile away because it matched the description of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run earlier in the evening.  The driver initially cooperated with the officers, but sped away with his three passengers.  After the crash, the driver and two female passengers attempted to flee, while the lone male passenger remained in the vehicle.  No one was injured, and the driver and the passengers were apprehended.  The driver was booked for DUI.  Read KOMO’s story here.
