In order to continue to protect our clients we are in the process of revamping our computer system.  We are now using external servers that have back up systems and also two internal back up hard drives.  Hence, once a file is saved at our office it is saved in four places.  No worries about lost files.  Further, with the external server and the intergrated system now employed we are able to access all of our files (80,000 of them) in any location.  Hence, if we need to get a brief, statutes, or an additional copy of a client's file while in court we are now able to do this with a click of a button.  Additionally we can now work on client files in any location - a big advantage.
