On November 28th in Anacortes, Skagit County, a 29-year-old Anacortes was stopped by an Anacortes police officer after he observed a truck exit a parking lot in the 800 block of 29th Street and spin its tires for about half a block. The driver allegedly showed signs of intoxication and had four outstanding arrest warrants. He was arrested and taken to the station for a breath test. The driver faces charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license. Question: does it really seem possible for a truck to spin its tires for about half a block? Answer: of course not! Interesting case.
