Lynnwood Everett DUI Attorney: Officer names withheld, but reporting of Officer’s failure to accurately report the facts will still be reported.

Lynnwood Everett DUI Attorney: Officer names withheld, but reporting of Officer's failure to accurately report the facts will still be reported.

Recently it has been brought to my attention that criticizing police officers for their work is not well taken by certain individuals in the public.  More to the point, criticizing certain police officers by name has not been well received.  Duly noted and understood.

However, importantly, if law enforcement fail in their duties during a DUI stop or, more to the point, report facts that did not occur, my blogs will reflect this.  I will withhold the names of the officers (although I still believe they are fair game because they are public figures), but their actions will be reported if, and only  if, they report facts that are proven not to occur (ie. there is a video that shows something different).

One final note:  The officer I previously mentioned by name (blog removed) did report a fact that did not occur (video proved this, so too his testimony).  I now find it interesting that this officer's video camera has now stopped functioning.  Why?
