OLYMPIA, Wash. -- The focus of a bill circling in the Washington state Legislature is aimed at making it harder for drivers to drive drunk twice in one night.
On Friday, lawmakers heard the impassioned testimony of Hailey Huntley, who was pushing for a law that would impound drunk drivers' cars for a mandatory 12 hours after their arrest.
