Anacortes Skagit County DUI Attorney: Anacortes police stop driver after 911 call
On January 25th, 2010 an Anacortes, Skagit County citizen reported a possible drunken driver after seeing a man leave an establishment in Anacortes around 10 p.m. Anacortes officers responded and the vehicle was stopped.
The driver allegedly showed obvious signs of intoxication. After failing voluntary field sobriety tests that NHTSA say you cannot fail, he was arrested and taken to the police department for a breath test. His breath alcohol was reported at more than double the legal limit.
