A deputy following a blue 1993 Ford pickup on July 4, witnessed the truck driving erratically and stopped the vehicle near the intersection of Olsen Road and Utsalady Road. The 19-year-old female driver woman agreed to sobriety tests, which she failed, and to a preliminary breath test, which registered her blood-alcohol level at .104. She was arrested and cited in connection with driving under the influence of alcohol.
