Anacortes Skagit County DUI Attorney: Seattle driver charged with DUI in Anacortes Skagit County
A 52-year-old Seattle man was arrested on a charge of DUI after being stopped for speeding in the 1000 block of Commercial Avenue around 11:53 p.m. The officer smelled alcohol on the man and asked him to perform field sobriety tests. The man did so with some difficulty. The man told officers he had been drinking at a downtown establishment and was heading home. He was taken to the police department for a breath alcohol test and was released to a sober adult.
