Mukilteo Snohomish County DUI Lawyer: Hit and Run Driver's blood 3 times legal limit
On June 7th in Mukilteo, Mukilteo Police Officers responded to the above area regarding a hit-and-run collision. The victim was following the suspect vehicle southbound from the above location. The suspect vehicle was running red lights, and as they neared Highway 99, he turned around and headed northbound on SR-525 back toward Mukilteo. Officers located the vehicle northbound on SR-525 at the 11700 block at a very high rate of speed. Officers caught up with the suspect and pulled him over at Russell Road. The driver was contacted and arrested for an attended hit and run, driving under the influence, reckless driving, third degree DWLS (driving with license suspended) and several infractions. He was checked at Providence Hospital Pacific Campus and transported to the Jail for the BAC test with a result of .25. After the test, he was booked on the criminal charges.
