A 68-year-old man was found dead in his car after it started down the wrong way on an Interstate 5 offramp in Lynnwood Tuesday evening.
The man may have died from a medical problem before the car drifted off the ramp and came to a stop without hitting any other vehicles or objects, said Washington State Trooper Mark Francis.The Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating.
Francis said the man appeared to have been driving on
Witnesses found the man unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
