On September 10th, in Anacortes, Skagit County, a 48-year-old La Conner man was arrested on a charge of DUI after he crashed his motorcycle on Highway 20 and Thompson Road around noon. The man pushed his damaged motorcycle into a parking lot and was walking away when contacted by officers. He showed signs of intoxication. Interesting case actually - question is, did the officers have a right to contact the driver? Time will tell.
