Washington State Troopers were called to an accident and found that 1991 Jetta hanging over the freeway, teetering back and forth with the driver trying to get out. Seattle Firefighters moved in and quickly pulled the car back, ensuring it didn't fall the 50 feet to the street below. That driver was sent to the hospital and will be charged with DUI.
